Adding a Product

Adding a New Product Procedure Open Warehouse → Products. Click "New Product". Fill in the fields: Name: Product description (e.g. "Margherita", "Coca Cola"). Code: Identification code (optional, auto-generated if empty). Price: Selling price. VAT: Applicable VAT rate. Category: Select the category. Department: Kitchen, Bar, Dining Room (for print routing). Supplier: Reference supplier (optional). Quantity: Initial stock (optional). Add an image (optional). Click "Save". Variants If the product has variants (e.g. small pizza €5, medium €7, large €9): After saving the base product, open the Variants section. Click "Add Variant". Enter variant name and differentiated price. Save.
