Import Products - Here's How

Import Products from CSV CSV File Preparation Create a CSV file with the necessary columns. Example: Name,Description,Price,VAT,Category,Quantity "Margherita","Tomato and mozzarella",5.50,10,Pizzas,10 "Marinara","Tomato and oregano",4.50,10,Pizzas,10 "Coca Cola","33cl drink",2.50,22,Beverages,50 Procedure (Step 1) Open Warehouse → Import CSV. Select the CSV file from your computer. The system will show a preview of the first rows. Verify the data is correct. Click "Next". Column Mapping (Step 2) For each CSV column, select the corresponding RistoManager field. Example: Column "Name" → Field "Product Name". Specify the delimiter used (comma, semicolon, tab). Click "Import". Verification After the import is complete, check that all products were loaded correctly into the warehouse.
