Warehouse Stock

Overview The Stock module allows you to monitor product quantities in the warehouse in real time. You can view stock by product, category, or supplier, and set minimum reorder thresholds. View Stock Open the menu Warehouse → Stock. The main screen shows the list of all products with: Product code Name Current quantity Unit of measure Minimum stock (if set) Products with stock below the minimum threshold are highlighted in red. Filter Stock By Category: Select a category from the dropdown to see only products in that group. By Supplier: Select a supplier to see their products. Search: Use the search box to find a specific product. Set Minimum Stock Open the product sheet. In the "Stock" section, set the minimum reorder quantity. Save the changes. When the quantity drops below the threshold, the product will be highlighted in the stock list. Manual Unload and Reload Unload: Use when a product is consumed or sold (already managed automatically by sales). Reload: Use to increase warehouse quantity (stock receipt). Tips Set minimum stock for all critical products to never run out of supplies. Check stock weekly to identify slow-moving products. Use the supplier filter to facilitate replenishment orders.
