Sixth edition of the fair dedicated to the excellence of the food, beverage & technology sector: cosmofood 2018!

It will take place from 11 to 14 November 2018 at the Fiera di Vicenza exhibition space with 400 exhibitors and 100 events.

This is the main event of 2018 as regards the Triveneto dedicated to the food, beverage and professional equipment sectors for catering.

Cosmofood 2018. opens on Sunday, to be precise on November 11th at the Vicenza Fair, and arrives on Wednesday, November 14th. A shift that coincides with the increasingly business to business orientation that IEG has decided to give to Cosmofood 2018.

After five years of continuous growth, with an increase of around 50% in the B2B sector, the organizers have in fact decided to change the profile of the event by focusing decisively on the Ho.Re.Ca sector.

The move of the cosmofood 2018 event, opening on Sunday and closing on Wednesday, will serve to facilitate the participation of the business world.

The presence of new, important realities and leading companies for the Ho.Re.Ca, food service, retail and contract sectors in this edition expresses the attractiveness of an event with the innovative format, a B2B platform where the latest news can be presented to professional operators.

Dedicated to managers of bars, restaurants, hotels and accommodation facilities, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, large-scale retail buyers and operators, specialized wholesalers and catering companies. You will be able to find the best products in the food & beverage sector, systems, equipment and accessories for professional catering, to always be up to date and provide your customers with a high level service. While on the consumer side, the level of experientiality linked to the food world will be enhanced. With the possibility of finding an increasingly accurate selection of high quality products from Italy and abroad during the days of the event.

Cosmofood's attention towards the professional public has already achieved an extraordinary reception in past editions. And it is the natural positioning of an event which nevertheless does not intend to forget the most demanding consumer public.

The strengthening of experiential events will in fact be able to make the event increasingly attractive for foodies, thanks also to the geolocalisation of the Vicenza Fair, in the heart of Veneto and the North-East. Veneto is, in fact, the most important Italian region for tourist presences. According to the latest Istat data, it registered over 17.8 million tourists in 2016, of which over 11.5 million were foreigners. In Veneto, tourism is the most important industry in the region, with an aggregate turnover exceeding 17 billion euros.
