Order Management with RistoManager

Even though it is summer, therefore holiday period for most companies, our programmers are constantly working to improve our products. They set to work to always make the software Ristomanager Management Management.

In fact, version 1.0.4 of Ristomanager Command Management has been updated in the Apple Store, for iOS devices. This involved an intense week of work to eliminate all the bugs, "errors", that our customers reported to us. Among our customers we would like to highlight Mr. Alberto Levito of Eurosportvil Srl. He told us the right combinations to solve all the problems presented.

We would like to inform you that the function that sets the timeout has been included in the update, i.e. it is possible to set the number of seconds during which the device tries to connect to your server (windows/linux/OSX). If, after the seconds you set previously, you have not received a response from the server, the iOS device will disconnect.

The timeout is essential in cases where one has problems with line drops and/or the router is at a long distance. In fact, it is recommended to set it with a high number of seconds, so as not to immediately disconnect the connected devices. If a restaurant has problems with lines that drop frequently, it is advisable to increase the timeout time. We recommend 5 seconds.

Ristomanager order management 

Another reported bug is that by clicking in the categories menu, after choosing the dish it was not possible to click on the dish again and therefore proceed with the order. Now after arranging it, it will be possible to continue choosing the other categories and dishes.

The problem that occurred after clicking on a certain table, and then selecting the Button to go back to the list of tables, and the tables disappearing was also resolved.

Order management. Furthermore, the layout for iOS devices has been adjusted to make it responsive, i.e. it is able to automatically adapt graphically to the device on which it is viewed, minimizing the user's need to resize and scroll the contents. So now it is possible to view our software from both an iPhone and an iPad without causing display problems.
