First of all, listing a business on TripAdvisor is free. However, you can subscribe to the Premium version. This allows you to obtain greater visibility and take advantage of some advanced tools.

To register your business, you must have an account on TripAdvisor. Since you will be asked to log in during the process.

Remember to upload lots of good quality photos of your facility.

After submitting the registration request, more or less 5 working days will pass before TripAdvisor will process it.

Through the desktop version of the service, you will need to go to the reporting page and fill out the form.

Connect to the TripAdvisor Owners page. Write the name of your facility and the city where it is located in the Search for your facility field and press Enter.

If your facility is present, click on Request the activity, log in to your account and fill out the form with all your data.

After which you accept the conditions of use of the service and your actual possession/representation of your business. Click on the Continue button, to send the request for assignment of the structure.

If, however, the search produced no results, click on the Publish a profile now link.

Next, on the page, list your structure, specify the type of structure you want to insert and fill out the form.

Write your name and email address and select your role. Complete with the Official Facility Name, Country, City, Postal Code and Address.

Subsequently you will be asked to enter other information based on the type of your structure.

Usually, requests are processed within 5 working days. When the information is verified and your property is approved, you will receive an email.

From smartphones and tablets

Please note that it is not possible to use the official app for Android and iOS and, therefore, you must proceed from the website. This operation on a mobile device is inconvenient as the entry form is not optimized for mobile devices.

In any case, connect to the Owners page, write the name of your facility and the city where it is located in the field. Search for your facility.

If your facility is already registered, click on the Request the activity button. It will be used to claim ownership, then log in to your account and fill out the form.

As mentioned previously, if the search did not produce any results, click on the Publish a profile now link. Then indicate the structure you wish to register. Fill out the form and proceed with entering the other information.
