Let's make a small introduction to clarify the status of our software before and after 2020, especially for those who don't know us yet and are reading us now for the first time.

Until last year, the Ristomanager software was compatible with any model of tax collector in ECR manufactured by the brands that we will now list:

However, these models refer to the earlier fiscal meters (WinEcrCom 1.9) to the modern (electronic) version, typical of the new versions of recorders.

But let's take advantage of the opportunity to tell you some good news!

Starting from this year, in fact, the Ristomanager management software has also become compatible with modern telematic recorders that are based on the WinEcrCom 3.0 version.

But what does the acronym WinCrCom 1.9/ 3.0 mean?

This is a driver that supports older versions of cash registers. To download and configure it on your recorder, we explain the procedure:

First of all, you will need to make sure that these parameters have been activated together with the cash register:

• Type: HOST PC
• Protocol: 50187
• Files external: NO
• Emulation. keypad: YES
• Data Collect.: NO
• Mon. printing: NO
• Interactivity: NO
• Address: 0

When you have finished installing the driver (which will be extremely easy), you will have a compacted file, from which you will have to extract the compressed contents and simply start the WinEcrCom setup program.

Let's now move on to the 2020 updated version of the WinEcrCom drive. • Connect the telematic recorder to the PC (you can use either the Ethernet network cable or the RS232 serial cable)

Unable to read ECR configuration/ ECR version not supported/ ECR is not in idle/ is not in REG mode.
