Make a cake with honey. Rosh Hashanah, literally the Jewish new year, took place in September with a two-day celebration that included eating sweet foods like apples and honey to conjure up a new dessert. Honey desserts, known as Lekach, are common traits and are generally dense breads, sweetened with honey, filled with hot spices such as cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and often soaked in honey syrup.
Desserts are easy to be made and can be served for breakfast with coffee, tea or after dinner desserts. Canola oil can be substituted for butter to make a free version. In both cases, these sweet cakes are delicious at any time.
The sweet taste can be a temptation for the greedy, it is important not to overdo with sugar.
Many people think that they are addicted because they want sweets every day or they feel pleasure in eating them, when in reality what matters is balance: eating a single dessert will not hurt you too much, as long as there are other things on your plate, like lunch with friends during dinner! Your body needs energy from all the nutrients.

There are many reasons why you should choose honey for your desserts. First of all, it’s sweet and sticky – just like we like our desserts! But there also seem to be infinite benefits when eating natural products compared to processed ones: less sugar means more room for the mane in this world of ours; also its antibacterial qualities can help fight bacteria that cause bad breath that may arise from the consumption of too many candies or other sugary treats (especially biscuits).
Here’s one you don’t hear every day, but honey can be good for your health!
The natural sweetness of this popular sweetener has been shown to reduce inflammation and swelling associated with arthritis or other chronic conditions.

So….
When you are looking for natural remedies that help your health and well-being, it is important to consider all the options available. A common solution is honey – but what does this sticky substance have in store? Let me tell you!
The incredible benefits of adding a few spoons (or even less) could not really be seen until recently… But now we know: Honeys contain vitamin B12 which helps to keep neurological function alive; promote cell activity through their ability to rejuvenate cells as they fight free radicals within us along with all other essential nutrients such as protein and mineral salts.
More honey in your diet

Honey has been used as a natural sweetener for centuries. It’s high in calories, but that doesn’t mean you should eliminate it completely! A single portion of honey can only contain 60 total carbohydrates or so, which means that this little jar could pack a nice nutritional punch if eaten sparingly on your low-carb diet day (or even just once every few weeks).
There are actually some studies that link how much we eat to risks of heart disease, because high blood sugar levels promote inflammation – and excess amounts can lead to many other complications such as kidney problems and strokes – although these results have not yet undergone extensive testing before being published – so please use caution while experimenting with different types / formulations accordingly.”
