Delivery Management

Overview The Deliveries module of RistoManager allows you to manage home delivery orders simply and efficiently. You can create new deliveries, manage progress statuses, print receipts, and track payments. Create a New Delivery Open the Delivery menu. Click "New Delivery". Enter customer data: First and last name Delivery address Phone Any notes (intercom, floor, etc.) Add products from the list. Set the total and payment method. Click "Save" to confirm. Manage Delivery Status From the delivery list, select the desired order. Use the "Change Status" button to update: In preparation Out for delivery Delivered Cancelled The status updates in real time. Print Delivery Receipt Select the delivery from the list. Click "Print". Verify the preview and confirm printing. Automatic Numbering Deliveries are automatically numbered sequentially. You can configure the numbering format in Settings → Delivery → Numbering.
