First Launch of RistoManager

Registration Screen

On first launch, you will be asked to register:

  • Purchased license: Enter first name, last name, and license code received via email.
  • Free trial: Select "Free Trial" for 30 days.

Main Interface

The RistoManager interface is organized into sections accessible from the main menu:

  • Table Management: The main screen shows the table map with colored statuses.
  • Side menu: Contains quick links to all modules.
  • Top bar: Shows restaurant name, date, and software version.

Recommended First Setup

  1. Go to Settings → General Options and enter your restaurant data.
  2. Create Rooms and Tables in the Table Management section.
  3. Add your Products in the Warehouse.
  4. Configure Printers for order printing.

Table States (Legend)

  • ● Free: Table available.
  • ● Occupied: Table with active order.
  • ● Reserved: Table reserved.
  • ● Waiting: Awaiting fulfillment.
  • ● Bill: Bill requested.
