Adding a New Product

Procedure

1. Open Warehouse → Products.
2. Click "New Product".
3. Fill in the fields:
   • Name: Product description (e.g. "Margherita", "Coca Cola").
   • Code: Identification code (optional, auto-generated if empty).
   • Price: Selling price.
   • VAT: Applicable VAT rate.
   • Category: Select the category.
   • Department: Kitchen, Bar, Dining Room (for print routing).
   • Supplier: Reference supplier (optional).
   • Quantity: Initial stock (optional).
4. Add an image (optional).
5. Click "Save".

Variants

If the product has variants (e.g. small pizza €5, medium €7, large €9):

1. After saving the base product, open the Variants section.
2. Click "Add Variant".
3. Enter variant name and differentiated price.
4. Save.
