Managing Ingredients on RistoManager

Managing Ingredients Add Ingredients Open the product sheet. Select the "Ingredients" section. Click "Add". Enter the ingredient name (e.g. "Mozzarella", "Tomato", "Flour"). Specify the quantity needed per portion. Save. Allergens For each ingredient you can specify associated allergens (gluten, lactose, nuts, etc.). This information can be printed on the receipt or displayed on handhelds. Benefits Customers can check the ingredients of each dish. Simplified allergen management (EU regulations). Integration with Bill of Materials for cost calculation.
