Configuration Procedure Open Settings → WinEcrCom 3.0. The system will automatically detect the register if connected via USB. For serial connection, select the COM port manually. Configure fiscal departments (VAT rates). Run a print test to verify correct operation. Troubleshooting If the test fails, check the connection cable. Verify that the register is on and in operational mode. Check the logs for detailed error messages. Make sure no other software is using the same COM port.
