Reservations
Reservation Management
Create a New Reservation
Open Table Management → Reservations.
Click "New Reservation".
Enter the data:
Customer name: First and last name.
Phone: To contact the customer.
Date and time: When the customer will arrive.
Covers: Number of people.
Table: Assign one or more tables.
Notes: Special requests (allergies, occasions, etc.).
Click "Save".
Manage Reservations
Confirm: Mark the reservation as confirmed.
Customer arrival: Turn the reservation into an active order.
Modify: Change date, time, table, or covers.
Delete: Cancel the reservation.
Expired Reservations
Past reservations are automatically moved to the "Expired Reservations" section for management.
Reservation Calendar
Use the calendar view for a daily/weekly overview of reservations.
